Executive Coach · Psychologist (M.Sc.)

What is the situation you are navigating right now?

For you as a leader the stakes are high, decisions carry real weight and clarity is hard to find.
More often than not, the challenge is not a lack of input. What you need is a space to think it through.

COACHING

The space to think clearly.

Through 1:1 coaching,
I support leaders in navigating complex situations, so that they can lead with intention.

You might recognize this

“There’s a lot of pressure to deliver results quickly.
I feel like I’m expected to have answers I don’t actually have.”

“I’ve stepped into this new role, but everything that made me successful before isn’t working anymore. I’m not sure how to lead in this new setup.”

“I feel like I’ve outgrown my current role, and I keep thinking ‘what’s next for me?’, but I am not clear on what that next step should even look like.”

“Everything is changing, and I’m not sure what I should actually focus on. I feel like I’m constantly reacting instead of leading.”

This is where our work begins.

THROUGH OUR WORK

Gain clarity in situations of uncertainty.

Make sound decisions when it matters.

Lead with focus, confidence and direction.

If this resonates, we can explore your situation together.

MY BACKGROUND

Grounded in psychological research, and a decade of organizational practice.

A young woman with blonde hair styled in loose waves, wearing a black long-sleeve shirt and black pants, standing with her arms crossed in front of a window with blurred outdoor scenery.

I am a German Psychologist (M.Sc.) currently conducting a PhD in Cognitive Psychology at Uppsala University. I research leaders' decision-making processes under uncertainty in times of profound organizational transformation.

Aligned with my research, I work in a large corporation focused on global leadership and organizational development. I understand how times of uncertainty impact those responsible for leading through it and what is required to support them effectively.

I am a certified executive coach, trained at Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto).

WORKING TOGETHER

01

Within each session

In our sessions, I ask you questions, challenge existing perspectives, and invite you to look at the challenges you face from different angles. Together, we explore what is actually driving the situation you are in, beyond what is immediately visible. Patterns that were previously subtle begin to surface. I reflect back what I observe, but you arrive at your own conclusions.

The woman is gesturing with her right hand and appears to be explaining something. The background includes trees and a wall with botanical illustrations.

02

Across the engagement

The focus shifts across the engagement. From addressing specific situations and challenges to recognising recurring patterns across them. With this clarity comes a deeper understanding of yourself, of how you think, feel and act as a leader. The goal of our work is to enables you to approach future challenges independently and with greater confidence.

WHO THIS IS FOR

I work with a limited number
of clients.

Depth requires it.

Work with me, if you are …

… looking for honest reflections, not confirmation of conclusions you've already reached.

Someone who will observe, challenge, and say the things your environment makes it difficult for anyone else to say.

… not looking for oversimplified advice.

But for a space to think rigorously, challenge your own perspectives, and arrive at decisions you can truly stand behind.

If this resonates with you

01

Schedule a first conversation

Coaching works best where there is a sense of mutual trust and resonance. This is an opportunity to speak about your current situation and consider whether working together feels like the right fit. This first conversation is free of charge, with no obligation to continue.

02

Define an individual engagement

If working together feels suitable, we define what a collaboration could look like. This might range from a small number of focused sessions, or a longer engagement tailored to your situation.
